Construction Project Manager

Job summary:

Division of a Fortune 100 company near Rock Hill, SC seeks a front line, resilient Project Manager to assist in the expansion efforts of a new and exciting division. You should have commercial construction experience and an understanding and ability to read project drawings and shop specifications. Very strong company both financially and culturally. • • Project management of new and future projects

• • Budgeting, scheduling, managing construction process

• • Managing vendor relationships, subcontractor communications

• • Support expansion, greenfield projects, mergers and acquisitions

• Work closely with engineering, detailing and quality teams
