We are PandTL, Inc. We work with construction companies by helping keep them in compliance to protect our environment and ecosystem. We help keep sediment and dirt out of our lakes, creeks, streams, and roads, and keep our drinking water clean!
Yes, we are a construction company, but no, we are not a “normal” construction company. We have a very high standard, and we have FUN. We protect our local water supplies (lakes, creeks, etc…) by installing silt fences around new construction sites with machines and shovels. It gets hot, and it gets dirty, and we LOVE IT!

Our Field Managers are LEADERS. A Field Manager for us makes sure their crews have everything they need to succeed and makes sure to communicate regularly and build relationships with our customers. That means knowing if one of crew members has a sick spouse or a new child; it means being involved in their lives, not just a point-and-grunt style manager.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Ability to problem-solve and think on feet in the field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
